Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Program Coordinator to join our workforce management team. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will support the Group General Manager and team with various administrative and program management tasks.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating programs and activities related to Workforce Management, ensuring seamless delivery of projects. Your attention to detail and ability to think creatively will be essential in solving problems and finding innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage diaries and travel schedules for the team
  2. Monitor budgets and track expenditures
  3. Take minutes and follow up on actions during meetings
  4. Coordinate program activities and ensure timely completion
  5. Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data
  6. Undertake ad hoc assignments to support the delivery of programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a program coordinator or in a relevant administration position
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting and bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to problem-solve and think creatively
  • Background in employee relations or human resources highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant qualifications
