Sitel is a successful contact centre enterprise working on behalf of some of Australia's major financial and insurance institutions. We have an exciting opportunity available within an established team in the North Sydney Office.

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives on a permanent full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to assist the Company in supporting its client, one of the world’s largest insurance companies in a fun, vibrant team.
- The hourly rate is $26.15 + monthly KPI based incentives up to $300.00
- Work Hybrid a few days on site and a few days WAH after 12 weeks.
- Training to start 9th Jan 2023.

**Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Promoting and educating customers both current and potential on insurance products and services (all outbound calls are triggered by customer warm leads, there is no cold calling)
- Converting warm sales leads to customers for insurance and income protection
- Effectively use a range of technology and telephony solutions to deliver on sales/customer requirements
- Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
- Providing quality and professional customer service, you will look after customers throughout the process

**We’re looking for people with**:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or a sales role
- Available to work Monday - Friday between 9.00am and 7.30pm
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear concise communication skills
