**Marketing Advisor, NSW Govt Brand & Campaigns, Ongoing Opportunity, Hybrid Working, Grade 7/8**
- Manage the performance of media and communication agencies to ensure the delivery of high service standards.

The Brand and Communications team works across the whole of the public sector and is responsible for the strategic direction of customer centric communications including ?advertising campaigns, NSW Government brand, industry partnerships, media agency services arrangements and building ?communications capability.

As the Campaign Performance Advisor,?you will manage projects to analyse and contribute to the relationship management and performance of media and communications agencies on behalf of whole of government and provide specialist advice and recommendations to optimise campaign delivery and performance.

**You will also be responsible to**:

- Contribute to the procurement and ongoing contract management processes for whole of government media agency services including engagement with advisors, suppliers and government agencies and resolution of issues, to support optimal service delivery outcomes.
- Manage and evaluate usage of the pre-qualification Scheme for Advertising and
- Communications Suppliers to ensure high service standards are provided the evolving communications needs of government agencies are met.
- Contribute to team-wide programs aligned to the All-of-Government Communications Framework that optimise government campaign performance through better use of marketing and communications insights and data, analytics and technologies.

**To be successful you need to demonstrate**:

- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude to build internal relationships which will benefit external activities.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent, relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Media agency experience highly regarded
- High level attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation
- Proactive in your approach to your work

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation.
