The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is looking for a Strategy Advisor to join our team
- Ongoing, Full-Time with flexible hybrid work options.
- Salary Band Clerk Grade 7/8 commencing salary: $101,947 - $112,849 + 11% superannuation.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor, Strategy to join the Department of Customer Service in our Strategy, Analytics & Insights team. Join an inspiring and successful team that drives change and innovation through effective partnerships, consultation and insights.

**About the role and team**

We are seeking a Strategy Advisor to bring their passion for working with stakeholders and collaborative problem-solving to design and support the delivery of key initiatives across the Department of Customer Service.

You will do this by contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategy. This includes using data, research and insights to identify issues and opportunities, consulting with key stakeholders, and leading workshops to provoke critical thinking in order to develop appropriate solutions.

You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who values diversity of thought and promotes collaboration.
