This busy Government Department is looking for an HR Superstar to join their dynamic team Based in the Adelaide CBD, this position is a full-time temporary opportunity with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or an experienced HR person seeking great work/life balance.

**Your new role**

**Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your new role as an HR Administrator will see you focusing on the following duties**:

- Coordinate all HR administration during the employee’s life cycle relating to any change of employment terms and conditions (ie. FTE, salary, temporary variations, contract extension, parental leave letters, title changes etc).
- Prepare contracts of employment, change of conditions letters and other HR documents for review and authorisation;
- Assistance with recruitment enquires and completing onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Maintaining and updating HR systems
- Provide advice and interpretation on terms and conditions in employees' employment agreements, enterprise agreements and awards.
- Assist with the coordination of any training and development projects and general preparation of HR reporting
