**About the organisation**:
Just Therapy is committed to supporting people living with disability to maximize their individual NDIS plans and reach their short
- and long-term goals. We have an extensive range of Therapy Assistants and Mentors who are currently studying Allied Health, Health Science, Education and Social Work.

**Role overview**:
The Client Administration Assistant and Scheduler is responsible for coordinating appointments between a client and Therapy Assistant or Mentor, and all associated activities.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and amending / rescheduling as required
- Obtaining personal details and contact details of clients and create their client profile in Visual Care system
- Conduct client risk assessments and identify any potential or direct risks to Therapists and Mentors
- Reviewing and updating client information
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with clients and therapists/mentors
- Assist in the recruitment process to hire new Therapy Assistants and Mentors, including interviewing and referring suitable applicants to management
- Create professional and engaging content for social media
- General administration

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 12 months experience within a Customer Service / Administration role preferred
- High level administrative skills
- Proven customer service excellence, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with participants, their families and all stakeholders
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, CRMS and social media
- Experience working in the Disability Sector preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Passion to help people with a disability
- The ability to work effectively and independently as part of a small team
- Satisfactory DHS Working With Children Check or Police Check, or ability to gain these
- Related qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Community Services, Disability an advantage
