Your new company is in the not-for-profit sector based in the Western Suburbs looking for a dynamic People & Culture administrator to join the team on an initial assignment of 3 months with the potential to extend.
**Your new role**
As a People and Culture Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting our HR and personnel functions, including recruitment, onboard, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. You'll work closely within the recruitment team to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation's' HR and personnel functions.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You'll also have the chance to work with a talented and passionate team that is dedicated to making a difference in the community.
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $40 per hour plus superannuation for this temporary position. We're looking for someone who is available to start immediately and can commit to the duration of the assignment.
