**The Opportunity**
Due to continued growth we are seeking a passionate and energetic individual, committed to providing effective back-end HR support services and contributing to a networked HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business. Ideally this role will suit a competent administrator, with experience in HR and People Management systems, aspiring to expand their HR skills and advance their career, involving in a broad range of Human Resources and Employee Relations support activities.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Support end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and pre-employment checks
- Support onboarding process for new employees
- Provide low risk advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure
- Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations issues
- Produce and maintain HR related documents and reports
- Work with the broader team and contribute to the development and implementation HR initiatives, policies and practices
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in a HR Admin/Officer or equivalent role
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources preferred
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment process
- Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills
- Approachable and collaborative team player
- High level customer service skills
- Passion for learning new things with high attention to detail and capacity to multitask
