**Your new role**

Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Global Head (EVP) of Human Resources, the HR Administrator - Global Human Resources will assist the EVP and Global Human Resources team with a variety of support activities for the broader Global Human Resources function. You will act as primary admin support for the Global HR Head, but also engage in value-add HR activities.

In this role you will:

- Create key internal communications within the Global HR team.
- Assist with setting agenda for regular, intermittent, and annual meetings.
- Calendars, meetings, and travel - coordination.
- Upkeep of organisational charts.
- Coordination of meetings and events.
- Maintenance of ongoing departmental action plans, registers, and pending items.
- Creation of regular and topic specific presentations, forms, etc.
- Creation of ongoing monthly reports.
- Tracking and reporting on status of annual HR calendar activities.
- Maintenance and upkeep of Global HR KPI / Personal Business Objective (PBO) tracking.
- Support for HRM System (SAP Success Factors) admin activities, along with general support for the ongoing global implementation project.
- Support ad-hoc project work

You will have proven HR Administration expertise with a genuine passion to learn and progress your HR profession, along with your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver membership
