Position Overview:

Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional to take on a temporary role covering maternity leave. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant HR team within a rapidly evolving organization.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive HR support services while collaborating with a networked HR team. This role is ideal for a skilled administrator with a background in HR and People Management systems, eager to enhance their HR expertise and progress their career through diverse Human Resources and Employee Relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting pre-employment assessments.
  2. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters.
  5. Generate and maintain HR-related documentation and reports.
  6. Engage with the broader HR team to contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives, policies, and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in an HR Administration or Officer role. A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources is preferred. Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process is essential. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative team player with strong customer service skills. A passion for continuous learning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
