Key Responsibilities:

  3. Provide sound advice and support to employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters.
  5. Generate and maintain HR documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in an HR Administration or Officer role. A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources is preferred. Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process is essential. The successful candidate will exhibit initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for continuous learning, coupled with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, are crucial for this role.
