All-rounder Administrator

This organisation is a market leader in providing cleaning services to large retail brands across Melbourne.
Operating from Chelsea Heights, they are currently seeking an All-Rounder Administrator to join their Team in a full-time capacity, for a 5-week assignment with an immediate start available.
**Your new role**
In addition to administrative work, the All-Rounder Administrator's responsibilities include taking charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining relevant databases and systems, producing reports and presentations. You will also be required to:
- Maintaining a list of requirements and due dates and adhering to this.
- Following up staff and subcontractors to obtain required information for client communication.
- Ensuring subcontractor documents are up-to-date at all times.
- Assisting other admin team members in other tasks as requested.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and reasonable experience as an All-Rounder Administrator. You will also need:
- Ability to learn quickly and able to solve problems effectively
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Good communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Available to work full-time hours
- Able to work 9am-5pm
