**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a motivated, customer service oriented and technology savvy** Administrative and Operations Coordinator,** with a positive can-do attitude, who thrives in delivering excellent customer service as well as providing exceptional support to the team.

**Duties**:
- Perform general administration duties as required
- Database management and document controller
- Manage customer orders, receipts and invoicing
- Prepare print jobs for production
- Send and schedule print jobs
- Track production data and progress
- Contract & procurement support
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in an office administration / all-rounder role
- Experience in graphic design and social media management is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a small team and autonomously.
- Must be on a Permanent Residency visa
