An exciting opportunity exists to join this dynamic business for a capable and component Administrator to provide support to the wider team, including raising purchase orders, following up on invoices, processing claims, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.
You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Accountant and central to your role will be the ability to support the business with a diverse range of projects and assisting with the day-to-day management of the office.
**Please note this role will initially be working from home due to an office refurbishment and then will turn into a hybrid model from the Lilydale office.**
The ideal person for the job will come from a diverse background and be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to an office.

**Primarily you will assume all the below responsibilities**:
- Raising purchase orders
- Following up on invoices
- Processing claims
- Dealing with Trade employees and their queries
- Handling vendor queries
- Ordering supplies
- Taking minutes when required
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Adhoc Administration and support
**This is a varied role that will suit individuals who enjoy new challenges. To succeed in this position, you will need to have proven success as an Office All-rounder and be able to commit to working in a fast paced, changing environment.**
**About You**:
- Extensive experience in administrative role
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
