**THE CLIENT**:
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of high-end architectural excellence? Our prestigious architectural domestic building client who works with some of Melbourns best Architects building one-off homes up to $ 5 million in the vibrant inner suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a dynamic office administrator/all-rounder to join their team.

**THE DAY TO DAY**:

- Support the team in daily operations, aiding in meeting preparation and minute-taking.
- Support with project management tasks to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Generate and distribute purchase orders and invoices using Buildxact and Xero platforms.
- Participate in contract preparation and negotiation processes.
- Submit progress claims to clients as needed.
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier procurement activities.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier payment claims and handle variations.
- Assist with HR and payroll functions.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Business administration certifications or 3 years of office administration experience, with a preference for construction industry experience
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, and adeptness with MS Office Suite and MAC OS
- Diploma in Building & Construction or similar
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
- Proactive attitude with initiative and problem-solving capabilities
