To deliver high-quality customer services to ACN students, educators, and staff, emphasising student administration, particularly in clinical placement administration and allocation.

This role involves a significant level of responsibility for maintaining databases and overseeing intricate processes, payments, and student administration, with a focus on ensuring compliance with clinical placement guidelines.

The team member is anticipated to actively engage with students, staff, various external providers, and the general public, entailing communication with members, facilities, and facilitators.

**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant qualifications or work experience in a similar role or sector (Higher Education and Student services).
- Experience with administration of student clinical placements.
- Experience in an administrative position with a Higher Education provider or healthcare provider.
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software and student management system(s).
- Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
- Demonstrated accuracy of work and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding and best practices in financial arrangements.
- High-level aptitude and demonstration of customer service delivery.
- Takes a proactive and problem-solving approach to issues
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff and the public at all levels effectively, verbally and in writing, with confidence, friendliness, and with a professional telephone manner.
- A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
