As a Project Officer, you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will support reporting, monitoring and governance activities for the projects to identify and address risks, issues, assess project progress and effectiveness and develop and maintain relationships with peers, stakeholders and vendors.

The Customer Experience Unit (CEU) in DCS is the centre of excellence for improving customer experience in the NSW Government. The CEU ensures customers are at the centre of government decision making and delivery so that their experience of NSW Government is easy, efficient and trustworthy no matter where or how they interact.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Experience supporting digital delivery or design using agile and waterfall methods
- The ability to prepare compelling presentations and tailor your communication style to your audience
- Experience working across multiple teams and manage competing priorities within defined timeframes
- Ability to collaborate and share information to build genuine relationships
- Comfortable in working with ambiguity and skilled at identifying pathways to achieve resolution
- Passionate about improving the customer experience of anyone engaging with NSW government
