**About the Role**:

- Processing urgent customer orders
- Providing a great customer experience by consistently communicating and keeping the customer informed
- Resolving costing discrepancies, and systemising projects with ease and efficiency for all stakeholders involved
- Building robust relationships with our customers and subcontractors;
- Solving the one-off problems that arise on a day to day basis with real care is the focus of this position
- Maximising the profitability of the business unit margins by considering the needs and priorities of our members
- General ah hoc duties

**Essential skills & competencies**:

- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
- A natural approach that enables the person to work within a team as a contributor for much of the day but step up and take the lead/ make decisions when required
- Mature, calm and stable in moments of multiple conflicting priorities
- A team player who takes as much joy from enabling a peer to succeed as ‘winning’ themselves
- Previous experience in a corporate business with ‘blue collar’ links or a professional trade contracting business is desired but not required
- Possess a confident, engaging approach
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- Top performing can do attitude
