Amazon’s Retail team is looking for an Amazon Business - Business Manager. This role will be part of our AB launching team with the opportunity to be part of the initial team that build the business from the ground up. If you’re inspired by a new challenge and want to your mark on a rapidly growing business, this position may be for you.

To excel in this role, you will leverage:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to earn trust and influence as well as to hold stakeholders, often more senior than you, accountable for high standards
- Learning-based problem-solving: breaking down issues into work streams, working backwards from key deadlines
- Advanced program management skills, with a strong sense of accountability for outcomes
- Advanced analytical skills - deep diving to identify Selection opportunities for B2B
- Comfort managing a wide variety of projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment
- Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
- Strong commercial and people judgment
- Analytical ability to think both strategically and tactically.
