Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Amazon Payments
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Amazon Payments team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving large-scale projects, programs, and technical initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop payment metrics to inform business decisions
- Design and develop reporting solutions to support payment product development
- Build self-service business intelligence tools and dashboards to provide insights and analytics
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in a related analytical field, including experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and SQL
- Experience with AWS technologies, including Redshift, S3, EC2, and EMR, is a plus
