Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Management: Maintain relationships and pool integrity with vendors.
  • Labor Order Fill Rate Management: Ensure timely delivery of Associate labour.
  • End-to-End Green Badge Pool Management: Partner with Operations to deliver daily fill rates and provide necessary information.
  • Data Interpretation and Business Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights for business growth.
  • Community Outreach: Collaborate with WFS leadership to leverage grassroots sourcing channels and develop talent communities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of human resources experience.
  • Experience with HR processes and systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
