Our client is a family-run business based in Geelong, Victoria with over 15 years experience in energy efficiency. They provide free energy and water efficient products as part of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program. The program is designed to reduce carbon emissions, save Victorians on their electricity bills and support local jobs.

Due to an increase in business we are looking for a high level Administration Manager to run the day to day admin operations of the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Phone calls**:

- manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and triaging them to the appropriate team members.

**Stakeholder consultation** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

**General Administration** - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and electronically.

**Auditing** - Conduct regular internal audits of processes, systems, and financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct phone audits with customers to gather feedback on the quality of jobs completed by our partners, evaluate customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery and maintain strong relationships.

**ABOUT YOU**:
**Experience - **at least 4 years experience in and admin management or executive assistant role.

**Quality Management Systems** - detailed knowledge of QMS processes & procedures e.g. ISO 9001

**Software / Database**:

- proficiency with a variety of software programs including MS Office suite and CRM systems.

**Social media / marketing** - proven ability to manage Social media platforms and run marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications** - Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business
