**The Company**:
This leading agency manage wild events, rewarding incentives and conferences with a twist. This agency's goal is to bring to life memorable moments that deliver on purpose for each and every one of their clients. They are looking for an Incentive, Conference & Events Manager to join their growing team

**The Role**:
The Incentive, Conference & Events Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of an incentive, conference and/or event end-to-end. The Incentive, Conference & Events Manager will oversee and nurture the relationship between the client and the Agency to ensure the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction is being achieved.

Key Responsibilities include;
- **End to End Program Management** - including curation, concept, site inspections & venue engagement, itinerary management, catering, digital communications, on-site delivery, marketing, and all other associated tasks
- **Travel Management** - work closely with the group travel team to ensure all aspects of the program are booked and delivered efficiently and effectively, also book and manage travel components when required
- **Financial Management** - create and maintain detailed internal and client budgets to ensure the commercial viability of any programs/events, supplier sourcing and negotiations, invoicing, and budget reconciliation
- **Account Management** - build and maintain effective and positive relationships and communications with key clients and suppliers
- **Team Collaboration** - openly and effectively communicate with customers, the team and management, support the entire team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong budget and financial understanding
- Flair for creativity with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft 360 and EventsAIR is highly desired
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for programs/events when required
