This role requires exceptional event and incentive management expertise coupled with outstanding client stakeholder management skills.

**The Role**:
As the Operational Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of various events and incentives, with a significant focus on delivering exceptional experiences that are delivered overseas. You will lead a team of event operators and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Your responsibilities will encompass managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and maintaining exceptional stakeholder engagement. Your exceptional event and incentive operational skills and client management expertise will be critical in achieving our goals of exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Lead and manage a team of event operators and coordinators, providing clear direction, support, and mentorship to ensure successful event delivery
- Oversee end-to-end event and incentive planning, execution, and on-site management to ensure flawless event and incentive experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive event delivery
- Set clear event objectives, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure all team members work collaboratively towards successful event outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their goals, expectations, and unique requirements for each event
- Act as the main point of contact for the key client, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance event experiences
- Anticipate client needs and ensure that all client interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to develop innovative event strategies that align with the client's objectives and target audience
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer innovative event solutions and continuously improve event experiences
- Responsible for budget planning, allocation, and management to ensure events are executed within budget constraints
- Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate logistics to optimise event outcomes and client satisfaction
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyse event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees
- Prepare detailed event reports, identifying areas of improvement and implementing lessons learned for future events
- Proven experience in operational incentive management
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results
- Strong client stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences
