About the Role

This Sales Manager position involves leading a high-volume sales team to achieve defined targets, supporting staff recruitment and development, and managing site finances. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets by motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance sales team performance
  • Support marketing initiatives and educate sales staff on marketing strategies
  • Maintain a professional and ethical work environment, adhering to industry best practices
  • Participate in management meetings, training sessions, and sales conferences, providing on-site support to sales employees

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, preferably with leadership roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
