Reporting to the Operations & Customer Experience Manager, you will support the team in delivering a strong Resident Customer Experience while implementing Community Events and Engagement programs. You will ideally have experience in Communications and Event Coordination with a Customer-focused lens, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic team. This is a newly created role that you can make your own

**Your daily duties will include**:
- Implement Communications initiatives for current and future residents
- eDM Management
- Manage and maintain project Facebook pages that promote community engagement
- Foster partnerships and collaborate with community groups, local businesses and overall community
- Budget management
- Event management - plan & deliver, liaise with contractors & external partners etc
- Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, Development and Brand teams
- Identify and implement creative initiatives for local residents in collaboration with your local partnerships
- Ad hoc community-focused customer facing or admin duties
**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:
- A people-person who is passionate about delivering a positive customer experience
- 2- 3 + years’ experience in a similar position (Comms & Events etc)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing position, knowledge of working in a service environment
- Experience within Property Development/Real Estate, Construction, or related industries highly regarded
- Salesforce CRM, MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign experience a bonus
- Quick problem solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team
