**Your Responsibilities**:
**As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing key property facilities deliverables. Your responsibilities will include**:
- Working closely with key stakeholders to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the property facilities, ensuring they meet operational needs across a portfolio of 50+ commercial sites.
- Conducting regular maintenance and upkeep of properties and facilities to ensure they are clean, fully operational, and well-maintained.
- Managing contractors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance, licenses, SWMS management and driving performance through effective relationship management.
- Developing and maintaining facilities schedules and maintenance plans, including budget management.
- Coordinating and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Overseeing Workplace Health and Safety compliance and governance.
- Liaising with landlord representatives and contractors to prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
- Planning, managing, and executing property-related projects within set budgets and timelines.
