Job Title: Workplace Experience ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our employees, visitors, and contractors. Your mission will be to shape the workplace experience for Culture Amp employees in APAC, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of Culture Amp in Melbourne, welcoming employees, visitors, and contractors to our office.
  • Organize events, lunches, celebrations, and Camper connection moments each month, building rituals that create a sense of community among employees.
  • Create engaging content and communications to share with employees about upcoming events and announcements.
  • Contribute to weekly and daily updates on our digital screens.
  • Help coordinate and execute office moves, deliveries, and mail management.
  • Respond to global helpdesk queries with a friendly touch through our Jira ticketing system.
  • BUILD strong relationships with office-related vendors, building management, and partners.
  • Manage quarterly budget spend.
  • Keep the office in tip-top condition by project managing and overseeing all office works, repairs, and maintenance, including coordinating with building management and insurance providers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Care deeply about employee experience and impact you can make on someone's day.
  • Lie to get to know people, remembering pet names, favorite snacks, and caring for individuals coming in.
  • Are highly detail-oriented and focused on specifics as much as big pillars.
  • The ability to juggle multiple requests, competing agendas, and random things that come up last minute.
  • A knack for turning ideas into action and improving the experience.
  • Facilitation experience to conduct onboarding inductions for new starters in group sizes of ten.
  • Facilities experience to effectively scope out new office spaces, oversee project plans, and manage budget spend.
  • SUPERIOR communication skills, self-awareness, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
