**Client Executive**

**Client Executive** is responsible for contributing to business growth objectives of Marsh by development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in nominated accounts within the Strata team. While servicing a portfolio of accounts as allocated by the Client Manager or other senior manager within the function, ensuring high quality customer service.

**Collaborating and Partnering for Client Value**:
- Assist in the maintenance of a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts
- Implement renewal and broking strategies in accordance with instructions received from Client Managers or other senior managers while liaising with claims staff to ensure clients’ interests are protected
- Assist Client Managers or other senior managers with the design, development, implementation, management, and coordination of insurance programs for clients
Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers
**Inspiring with Operational Excellence**
- Ensure the completion of activities delegated by Client Managers or other senior managers within determined parameters
- Provide high standard of client servicing and portfolio management and plan client strategy with Client Managers or other senior managers Manage client expectations and provide education guidance as required
- Contribute constructively to broker meetings
- Maintain broad understanding of Strata Insurance Market, competitors, issues, and legislation effecting the industry
**Satisfying and reaching with new technologies**
- Ensure compliance of systems and processes with the Financial Services Reform Act and relevant legislation
- Ensure documentation is issued in accordance with our compliance requirements and SLA’s including timeframes
- Undertake Professional Development activities and achieve at least 25 CIP/CPD points annually
- Undertake appropriate activities to achieve/maintain RG 146 compliance including maintaining own record of CIP/CPD accredited training
**Sharing Knowledge through Data and Analytics**
- Input client information into organisations business systems to enable tracking of client invoices and payments
- Gather client information to support renewal documentation
- Ensure appropriate information flow with management so the correct people are kept informed, and expectations are well managed both internally and externally
- Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims
**What you need to have**:
- ** Tier 1 qualification**
- 3+ years insurance industry experience
- Broad knowledge of customer service standards
- Extensive knowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services
- Technical Insurance/Broking skills in accordance with **RG 146 requirements** including:
- Insurance products
- Legislative obligations
- Claims processes and claims broking
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service
- Flexible and team player - develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
