Role Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Administration
- Manage day-to-day sales administrative tasks including order inputs and CRM management for both the Account Manager and Senior BDM.
- Organise and schedule field activities and road days for the Senior BDMs.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support sales strategies.
- Track and chase payments, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes.
**Account Management**
- Engage with existing clients and handle their day-to-day queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Retain and nurture client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
- Organise and manage promotional activities to drive sales and client engagement.
- Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring client requirements are met on time.
**Customer Feedback Management**
- Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback and concerns.
- Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to the Senior BDM and other relevant departments, facilitating product improvements and service enhancements.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Provide insights and reports to the Senior BDM to support strategic decision-making.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with sales strategies.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to clients.
**Performance Tracking and KPIs**
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for account management, ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded.
- Regularly review and report on performance metrics to the Senior BDM.
**Sales Forecasting and Planning**
- Assist the Senior BDM in preparing accurate sales forecasts and plans based on current and historical sales data.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies to optimise performance across different client segments.
**CRM Optimisation and Maintenance**
- Ensure the CRM system is used effectively by regularly updating client interactions, sales opportunities, and progress.
- Suggest improvements to CRM workflows to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
**Customer Onboarding**
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive start to the business relationship.
- Provide clients with necessary resources and training to get the most out of the products and services offered by Riot Labs.
**Order Lifecycle Management**
- Oversee the entire order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met at every stage.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the order lifecycle promptly and efficiently.
**Client Contract Management**
- Assist in drafting and managing client contracts, ensuring that terms are clear, fair, and mutually beneficial.
- Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and renewed in a timely manner, minimising the risk of service interruptions.
**Upselling and Cross-Selling**
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with clients' needs and demonstrate the value of expanded service offerings.
**Event Planning and Coordination**
- Coordinate and organize client-related events such as product launches, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure events are well-executed and deliver a positive impact on client relationships and sales performance.
