Receptionist / Office Administration

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken and an enthusiastic person to fill a professional Receptionist role.
This is a full time role in our Head office in Cheltenham. We assist our clients with a full range of Financial Services including Accounting, Financial Planning, Loans, Legal, Franchising & Education.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Assist clients with enquiries
- Assist with the day to day running of the office
- General administrative duties including mail, filing, data entry and client liaison
- Other administrative duties as requested from time to time.
We are looking for:
- Ability to be a team player yet also work autonomously
- Eager to develop your skills and a determination to put in the effort to pursue your career growth. There is a possibility of other potential opportunities available over time within the Group too.
- Flexible in your work approach and able to maintain a proactive attitude is a must
- An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail
- Excellent verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills
- An enthusiastic 'Customers Come First' attitude
Prior experience would be preferred but is not necessary, however attitude and personality is. Just show us that you're as passionate as we are.
