Bookkeeper/administration

We are looking for an dynamic Bookkeeper/Administration person to join our team Part time or full time at our office based in Cheltenham, Victoria. Opening Hours of business are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, we are open to negotiation of hours for the right person.

Your role will cover a range of operational duties such as, but not limited to:

- Bookkeeping
- Customer Service (Phone)
- General Administration Tasks (Data entry/Management)
- Scheduling installations and preparing installer runs
- A vibrant and outgoing personality
- Industry experience highly desirable but not necessary
- Prior administration or customer service experience
- Prior bookkeeping experience is necessary/ Quickbooks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.55 - $40.30 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- Reckon / Quickbooks: 3 years (preferred)
