As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative expertise and coordinate activities to support our award-winning Finance team based in Melbourne. This role is available as Job Share, Part Time or Full Time employment Your role will include:

- Diary management; coordination of meetings, workshops, team events & travel; preparing expense claims.
- Coordination of finance strategy deliverables; assist project manage the numerous actions; enable an effective, demonstrable progress culture.
- Coordination of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership compliance actions and activities
- Coordinate and continuously improve Finance content on the intranet.
- Create and maintain Finance SharePoint and folder structures.
- Coordination of ongoing tasks such as Internal Audit actions, Finance shared service transition actions, working capital actions & finance-IT initiatives
- Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, offboarding process & activities across the Finance team
- Support the wider Finance leadership team with any other administrative tasks.

As well as experience in a similar role:

- Prior experience supporting a Finance team.
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Superb organisational and time management skills
- Stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
