The CFO reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Leading and mentoring a best practice finance function, partnering with various functions to make informed and business-oriented decisions
  • Evaluating investment opportunities and making sound recommendations to the CEO and board
  • Managing cash flow and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives
  • Overseeing key financial management responsibilities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, procurement, payroll, internal and external audit
  • Providing strategic input to the direction of the organization

About You:

We seek an accomplished track record as a Finance Director or CFO, leading organizations through scale and growth. Commercial acumen, strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to be hands-on and strategic at the same time are essential. A proven ability to build vision and strategy effectively and lead others through implementation is crucial. The salary package offered is circa $300k, with strong STI and LTI upon meeting growth targets.
