Sitting in the heart of St Kilda with 122 rooms, the venue is noted for easy accessibility to many local attractions as well as the highly regarded restaurant, bar, café and function spaces. With huge growth potential, out client is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to guide and support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences.
As Front Office Manager you will act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. General duties will include:
- Conducting guest arrivals and departures
- Confidently providing personalised and proactive guest service
- Resolving and responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts, including cash handling
- Assisting the Housekeeping & Maintenance departments as required
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
- Minimum of 2 years previous Front Office experience
- Supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
