We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on **Floor Manager** to join a two-storey venue in Melbourne. You will secure opportunities for further growth as a Venue Manager.

**About the appointment**:
Manage and oversee all elements of the restaurant, reservations, functions and outside sitting

Work with dedicated staff members to implement the perfect dining experience

Direct floor, bar and BOH staff accordingly and foster a positive environment

Staff training and development, including induction of new employees

Build and develop customer and guest relationships

Follow company standards and procedures of excellence and professionalism

Lead from the front and be the host of the restaurant

**That's You**

Minimum 5 years Senior Supervisor or Manager experience working in restaurants

Strong background in setting standards and quality controls

Flexibility to work a rotating roster

Strong people management skills

Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office: including Word and Excel

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
