We are currently seeking Casual FOH Event service officers to join our team based at St Albans Community Centre (STACC) which incorporates the Bowery Theatre.

**Reporting to the Team Leader Venue Services Officers, we are seeking an FOH Event Service Officer who can bring their skills and experience for**:

- Box office, including ticket sales, ticket collections and ‘door lists’.
- Provide theatre ushering services including opening the theatre, checking and taking tickets, managing audience egress, checking appropriate seat allocation, communicating with show staff and managing latecomers.
- Customer service and audience management

**To be considered you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in customer service and office administration in an arts and/or community facility environment.
- Working knowledge of the performing arts
- Working with Children Check and Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
