**About the Post Office Club Hotel**

This is a "call to arms" for a full-time experienced Bartender Supervisor to join our team at the Post Office Club Hotel based in Saint Kilda.

Part of the Legacy Hospitality Group, the newly renovated St Kilda venue offers a creative food menu and an elaborate beverage offer. It includes bistro + outdoor dining, wine + cocktail bar, outdoor garden, private dining and function space and a cafe market.

You will be responsible for supporting Venue Management in maintaining the consistency, integrity and quality of all beverages served in the venue. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with stock control, ordering, staff training and venue opening and closing procedures including cashing up.

**About You**

Experience is essential so you will have at least 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender and be committed to delivering exceptional service. In addition, you will have:

- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong work ethic, self motivated and a “can do” attitude towards all tasks
- An understanding of classic cocktail recipes and experience with creating and making cocktails
- Strong spirit, wine and beer knowledge
- An interest in working as part of a close team and maintaining and contributing to our fun, supportive and professional workplace culture.
- Current Victorian RSA

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
