**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Maintains inventory
- Creates drink and food menus
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean
- Maintains budget and monitors costs
- Maintains drink recipe documentation
- Oversees planning for special events

**About you**

If you enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about drinks preparation and presentation - then this is a role for you To be successful in this position you will have:

- 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong passion for drinks service, cocktails, and craft beer. Across emerging drink trends.
- A strong work ethic, reliable and honest, with one eye always on compliance.
- Respectful and honest, able to fit into our great team culture and lead from the front.
- Experience in stock controls, supplier management and bar financials.
- Good social media
- management/marketing skills advantageous.
- Ability to order, maintain and manage stock.
- A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results.
