The Customer Success Analyst will report to the Payment & CS Manager and will be responsible for ensuring our global client base receives exemplary customer support across multiple channels – email, phone, and live chat.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with trading and administrative issues to ensure positive experiences.
  • Stay informed about financial market news and upcoming events to provide proactive and informative support.
  • Accurately record all client interactions in CRM and related systems.
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services sector or interest/knowledge in CFD/FX/online trading.
  • Experience working for a CFD broker or similar is a plus.
