Customer Service / Admin Support – Trade Industry (Sydney-Based)

We're on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Customer Service Representative / Administration Dispatcher professional to join our growing team in Sydney

We're a busy trade business delivering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services across both Sydney and Melbourne, working with a mix of residential (B2C) customers and commercial/insurance clients (B2B). No two days are the same – and that's exactly how we like it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering and managing high volumes of inbound calls from customers and client
  • Handling and dispatching B2B work orders, scheduling jobs, and managing follow-ups
  • Assisting with email correspondence, tracking jobs, and updating clients
  • Preparing trade reports, supporting field technicians, and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting other general office duties as required – you'll be wearing a few hats

About you:

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love learning new things
  • You're highly organised with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to action tasks
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
  • Comfortable juggling a mix of admin, customer service, and coordination tasks
  • Previous experience in a trade, construction, or service-based environment (not necessary, but would be a great bonus)
