Senior Consultant - Permanent Recruitment at people2peopleWe're seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and strategic growth for a well-established, purpose-driven organisation.
You'll play a pivotal role in building partnerships, identifying opportunities in new markets, and delivering tailored business solutions that meet the needs of a diverse client base. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help shape and implement business development strategies that support long-term organisational goals.
What you'll do:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across corporate, government, and other sectors.
- Build strategic relationships and expand existing partnerships.
- Present innovative product and service solutions to senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate on the development of new products, services, and market strategies.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.
About you:
You'll bring experience in managing complex lead times, ideally from sectors such as SaaS, DaaS, medical devices, government, or similar fields with complex lead cycles. Navigating high-level partnerships comes naturally to you, and you have a keen eye for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with professionalism and precision.
Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- A strong commercial mindset with proven success in both long and short sales cycles
- Experience in tender management and complex solution sales
- A proven track record in driving business growth
- Innovative thinking, charisma, and a forward-looking approach
