Leadership Opportunity in Restaurant Operations

A Retail Manager is needed to lead the continuous development of a team and maximise business growth and profitability. This full-time position requires applicants to hold and maintain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, possess at least three years' experience in retail with food service and management duties included.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on safe work practices that are compliant with local legislation and standards.
  • Lead the restaurant safety committee to spread the safety message across the restaurant.
  • Select, train and supervise the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Execute the national marketing plan on shifts to ensure consistent guest experiences.
  • Build a culture that emphasises growth, trust and accountability.
  • Accurately project sales to support rostering and ordering decisions.
