About the Job

Motospecs provides automotive parts solutions to the aftermarket, specialising in transmission, differential, steering, suspension and 4WD parts and accessories. This is achieved through our national branch network which encompasses various brands.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Development Manager for the region Sydney Metro & Southern NSW, you will build effective relationships with target customers. Through these relationships, you will understand their needs, proactively solve problems, and identify areas to grow their business. You are responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service. You will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment. Comfortable acquiring new accounts, your strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead along with your team focused attitude and passion to be the best.

Additional Requirements:

Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.

Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.

Experience using CRM systems.

A valid Australian driver's licence is required.

Ability to travel throughout designated territory for work.

A passion for all things automotive.
