We are seeking a seasoned retail sales leader to spearhead our expansion into prime greenfield retail sites and set-and-forget assets. This is not a traditional agent role, but a leadership position where you will build and own the sales function from day one.

The ideal candidate will have sharp instincts, commercial firepower, and a hunger to lead from the front. They will be responsible for leading and growing our sales function across NSW, representing prime retail development sites and completed retail assets.

Key responsibilities include working closely with our leasing and management teams to deliver bankable, tenant-secured assets, building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and high-net-worth investors, and driving off-market transactions with total focus on value, not volume.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in retail property sales, with experience in leasing, repositioning, and managing shopping centers, large format retail assets, and high exposure commercial property.
  • Commercially aggressive, highly strategic, and independently driven, with a deep understanding of yield metrics, cap rates, value-uplift, and tenant covenants.
  • Excited to be part of a non-traditional real estate business, ready to build something big and own it.
