This role is at the forefront of connecting clients with their customers through expertly crafted retail display and point-of-sale solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of clients' campaigns and POS initiatives by acting as the primary point of contact across various disciplines including print, campaigns, POS, and merchandise.
- Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating closely with the team to ensure timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Preflight client files to guarantee they meet press-ready standards and utilize Excel skills to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for growth by fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Embrace change and adapt to evolving processes and ways of working within the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
