We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our team in delivering high-quality, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for various modules (SPM, ITSM etc.) to meet business requirements.
  • Customise and configure ServiceNow platform features including workflows, forms, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes.
  • Develop ServiceNow integrations using RESTful APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly.
  • Continuously improve and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, including RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM framework.
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow Service Portal widgets and UI elements.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration ability.
