We're currently seeking multiple skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for various modules (SPM, ITSM etc.) to meet business requirements.
  • Customise and configure ServiceNow platform features including workflows, forms, and business rules to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using RESTful APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Continuously improve and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including the configuration and customisation of ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, including working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM framework.
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow Service Portal widgets and UI elements.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex platform issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
