This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for various modules (SPM, ITSM etc.) to meet business requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Customise and configure ServiceNow platform features including workflows, forms, and business rules to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using RESTful APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration and customisation of ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, including working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM framework.
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow Service Portal widgets and UI elements.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
