Sales Consultant – Chadstone Showroom

Join the team in our show-stopping flagship Chadstone showroom and bring our customers' dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. As a key member of our sales team, you'll deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing at e&s
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs, then recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
  • Manage the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships — at e&s, we create customers for life.
  • Stay up to date with product and system knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment (and have some fun along the way).
What we're looking for
  • Someone who genuinely connects with people and can guide them through their purchase journey.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role — retail, real estate, automotive, travel and similar backgrounds have thrived here.
  • Strong self-management skills — able to prioritise, multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
